PAYMENT
Initiating your order begins with this payment. For orders ready to ship, the full payment, which is 100% of the total cost, is required. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is needed. Custom orders generally take between 25 to 40 days to complete, with larger sculptures requiring more time.
Available payment methods include Google Pay, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash.
DELIVERY
From the time of order placement to delivery, domestic orders typically take up to 7 business days, while international orders may take 15 business days (by air) or up to 30 business days (by sea). Alternatively, you have the option to arrange a pickup at our shop.
